After the turning that leads to Galateia and perhaps the most beautiful plain of Cyprus, that of Platanissos, one enters the universe of Karpasia, this autonomous land, where all the villages are interrelated, where the richness of the land and its people urge me, since 2003 when we were allowed to visit for the first time, to kneel down upon its soil, in respect and admiration.
