The nearby villages, Dikomo and Agios Sergios, are chaotically developed on their coastal front. Tourist units spring up like mushrooms after the rain, but the village, Arnadi, is peaceful, quiet, with cultivated fields and a beautiful relationship with Pentadaktylos that appears long and purple in the distance.
