7.5.21 Deneia, sunset.

The fields of Deneia are in the dead zone, so there is no housing development. An agreement has been made for the people to be able to cultivate their land. I dearly love this area for its tranquillity and for the beautiful view of Pentadaktylos that stretches out, lying along it. Climbing the hill towards the south, one views Troodos through barren plateaus which are filled with daffodils in the spring. On the day I chose to take my colours along there was a lot of dust, an increasingly common phenomenon, and the sun set eerily into the dusty landscape…
