On the beach of Mansoura, beautiful agates with green oxidations from copper end up on the shore from the Troodos mountains. The fertile orange soils uncultivated and dry. I remember an old tavern by the sea, a lady who would cook for us whatever she happened to have at hand, now in ruins.
