I sat in Argaka, at a new café called ‘Caretta Caretta’, situated on the shore. I was enjoying the wide view of the bay and the sound of the sea, when the lovely owners arrived. I ordered a lavender lemonade, but had to finish my painting note rather hurriedly, as the music, abruptly turned on, was loud and sounded like a midnight rave party. So sad that man-produced sounds are rarely in harmony with the landscape of this land.
